Born and raised in Metro Vancouver, Aaron has a bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University and has devoted his career to project / operational management, compliance, and quality control. His experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments has honed his strengths in execution, time management, and accountability, making him a respected leader in his field. Personable, reliable, and with a keen eye for detail, Aaron has earned a solid reputation for treating all his clients and associates with the utmost professionalism and respect.

Treena is from rural Saskatchewan and a true prairie girl at heart. She subscribes to the rural way of doing business: work hard, be honest, and get involved. Her background is in community development, marketing, and operational management. Enthusiastic and organized, Treena specializes in coordinating projects that involve complex levels of organization, communication, and compliance. 

In addition to being co-owner and Director of Operations for RPME, Treena is also the Chair of Real Property Management's Canadian Franchise Advisory Council and is serving her third year as a Director for the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce.

Born in Melbourne, Australia, Andrew has called Kelowna home since 2010. Andrew has a diverse background in management and sales and has been involved in investment properties for 15+ years.

Andrew has a passion for all things investments and loves nothing more than chatting about how to maximize the security of your asset as well as maximizing your returns. When not chatting about asset protection and investments, Andrew can be found on the trails around Kelowna running, mountain biking and skiing (often with his 2 Aussie Shepherds and toddler).

Before joining Real Property Management Executives, Andrew was an RPM client. From the perspective of an experienced investor, he is excited to share his knowledge and expertise to help your journey.

Originally from Vancouver, Mike has called Kelowna home since 2019. His diverse background in construction, sales, and service, combined with his approachability and attention to detail serve him well in his role as Maintenance Manager. Mike works closely with tenants, property owners, and trades to ensure our properties are well maintained through preventative and regular maintenance strategies.

Tony has enjoyed the beautiful Okanagan lifestyle for over 50 years, an experience that has deeply shaped who he is today. With a successful 15-year career in real estate, Tony has leveraged his strong sales and marketing skills to help clients find their perfect homes. Recently, he decided to transfer this expertise to property management, where he provides even greater value to clients by ensuring their investments are well taken care of.

After relocating to Kelowna from Delta in 2003, Alexandra began her real estate career as an assistant and expanded into property management in 2017. Following four years of valuable hands-on experience, she earned her property management license in 2021. Since then, Alexandra has managed a diverse portfolio, with a specialization in multi-family units and oversight of a broad range of properties across the Kelowna area. Her dedication to real estate, combined with her commitment to client service, drives her to provide exceptional expertise and support in property management.

Outside of work, Alexandra is a passionate animal lover, caring for three dogs and four cats, and is a devoted mother to two children.

Liz brings over 30 years of experience in property management, specializing in both residential rental properties and strata corporations. Based in Kelowna since 1982, she has witnessed the city's growth firsthand and has successfully managed a wide range of properties, from shopping centers to houseboats. 

As a seasoned property manager, Liz has a proven track record of managing large portfolios, leading high-performing teams, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring legal compliance. Her deep understanding of preventative maintenance, gained through years of homeownership, allows her to maximize the rental potential of her clients' properties.

Liz will be primarily serving West Kelowna through to Osoyoos, where she is eager to build long-term relationships, understand her clients' needs, and help them achieve their goals.

Originally from England, Charlotte has proudly called Canada home since 2023. Though her studies were in Music Technology, her experience in administrative support within the property management sector ignited a strong passion for real estate. Charlotte’s enthusiasm for the industry, along with her meticulous attention to detail, makes her an invaluable asset to the team. In her role, she is dedicated to maintaining an efficient, well-organized office and is committed to providing high-level, friendly support to both investors and tenants.

Born in Edmonton and raised in the Okanagan, Jennifer received her CPA, CGA designation in 2003, MBA in 2008 and completed her In-Depth Tax diploma in 2016.  She is very enthusiastic about accounting, tax and having a solid relationship with her clients.  She enjoys working with passionate business owners which makes her a great fit for the Real Property Management Executives team.  Jennifer and her husband have raised their two kids here in the Okanagan and looks forward to many years in this beautiful area.

Bella’s background in customer service and administration, combined with her high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and endearing personality makes her a perfect addition to the Team. Bella’s role will include providing administrative support to all the RPM departments, as well as ensuring our investors, residents, vendors, and future clients have an extraordinary RPM experience.

With over 25 years of experience in business accounting and bookkeeping, Jaime brings a wealth of expertise and a keen eye for detail to every client engagement. Specializing in exceptional customer service, Jaime has built a reputation for meticulous and client-focused financial management. Hailing from Saskatchewan, Jaime is happily married and a dedicated parent to two adult children. As an integral part of the Real Property Management Executives team, she ensures an amazing experience for our clients and tenants alike.

Whistler the Whoodle is Real Property Management’s official Office Pupper. In his lifetime he has eaten socks, pinecones, entire loaves of bread, coffee grounds, plastic bags, nerf darts, a very expensive pair of leather boots, and a half casserole of scalloped potatoes. He hogs the bed, is terrified of everything, and once he got beat up by an angry deer who he mistakenly mistook for being a new friend. Whistler likes to say hello to everyone he meets, loves to snuggle, and honestly believes he is a very small dog.

Willow, a charming mini-Bernedoodle, brings boundless joy and laughter to the office every day. Known for her playful "baby shark" antics and her love for cozy snuggles, Willow’s warmth is contagious to everyone around her. Her favorite pastime is trying to touch Whistler's toes, though her number one strategic priority remains clear: convincing Whistler to snuggle with her. With her delightful personality and endless affection, Willow is truly the heart of the team, reminding everyone to embrace the lighter moments and spread a little extra joy.
