Born and raised in Metro Vancouver, Aaron has a bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University and has devoted his career to project/operational management, and quality control. Living and working in a fast-paced environment has made Aaron excel in the areas of execution, time management and accountability. Personable, reliable, and with a keen eye for detail, Aaron has earned a solid reputation for treating all his clients and associates with the utmost professionalism and respect.

Treena is from rural Saskatchewan and a true prairie girl at heart. She subscribes to the rural way of doing business: work hard, be honest, and get involved. Her background is in community development, marketing, and operational management. Enthusiastic and organized, Treena specializes in coordinating projects that involve complex levels of organization, communication, and compliance. 

In addition to being co-owner and Director of Operations for RPME, Treena is also the Chair of Real Property Management's Canadian Franchise Advisory Council and is serving her third year as a Director for the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce.

Originally from Vancouver, Mike has called Kelowna home since 2019. His diverse background in construction, sales, and service, combined with his approachability and attention to detail serve him well in his role as Maintenance Manager. Mike works closely with tenants, property owners, and trades to ensure our properties are well maintained through preventative and regular maintenance strategies.

Born in Melbourne, Australia, Andrew has called Kelowna home since 2010. Andrew has a diverse background in management and sales and has been involved in investment properties for 15+ years.

Andrew has a passion for all things investments and loves nothing more than chatting about how to maximize the security of your asset as well as maximizing your returns. When not chatting about asset protection and investments, Andrew can be found on the trails around Kelowna running, mountain biking and skiing (often with his 2 Aussie Shepherds and toddler).

Before joining Real Property Management Executives, Andrew was an RPM client. From the perspective of an experienced investor, he is excited to share his knowledge and expertise to help your journey.

Born in Edmonton and raised in the Okanagan, Jennifer received her CPA, CGA designation in 2003, MBA in 2008 and completed her In-Depth Tax diploma in 2016.  She is very enthusiastic about accounting, tax and having a solid relationship with her clients.  She enjoys working with passionate business owners which makes her a great fit for the Real Property Management Executives team.  Jennifer and her husband have raised their two kids here in the Okanagan and looks forward to many years in this beautiful area.

Bella’s background in customer service and administration, combined with her high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and endearing personality makes her a perfect addition to the Team. Bella’s role will include providing administrative support to all the RPM departments, as well as ensuring our investors, residents, vendors, and future clients have an extraordinary RPM experience.

Hailing from rural Alberta, Natallie has been residing for the past two years. In the spring of 2023, she successfully completed the business diploma program at Okanagan College, acquiring a solid foundation in various aspects of the business world. Growing up in a close-knit community instilled in Natallie strong values and a hardworking nature. Throughout her professional journey, she has gained valuable experience in the hospitality and events industry, honing her skills in customer service, organization, and problem-solving. Natallie's genuine passion for the Okangan, combined with her determination and strong work ethic, make her an invaluable asset to Real Property Management. She looks forward to working with investors and tenants and is committed to elevating their experience in the property management space.

Jodie was born and raised in Alberta, but is no stranger to the Okanagan. After many years of spending summers in Kelowna, she finally took the leap and made Kelowna her permanent, full-time home. Jodie began her Real Estate career at a very young age and with over 30 years of experience she is truly devoted to professionalism within the industry. Jodie is committed to offering an elevated customer experience and believes in integrity, hard work, communication, and managing expectations. A close colleague of Jodie’s always said, “the best surprise is no surprise,” and nothing could be more true when helping people with their property management needs. Jodie’s calm and diplomatic nature allows her to foster productive relationships easily. She is excited to be part of the Real Property Management Executives team and especially looks forward to meeting you!

Whistler the Whoodle is Real Property Management’s official Office Pupper. In his lifetime he has eaten socks, pinecones, entire loaves of bread, coffee grounds, plastic bags, nerf darts, a very expensive pair of leather boots, and a half casserole of scalloped potatoes. He hogs the bed, is terrified of everything, and once he got beat up by an angry deer who he mistakenly mistook for being a new friend. Whistler likes to say hello to everyone he meets, loves to snuggle, and honestly believes he is a very small dog.
